Processing Time

All jewelry is handmade to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for your item to be prepared before shipping.

Shipping Methods

To keep shipping affordable, many small items (such as earrings or delicate pieces) are sent through Canada Post Regular Lettermail.
Please note:

• Lettermail shipping does not include tracking.

• If your order qualifies for this method, it will be sent this way unless you choose a tracked option at checkout (if available).

• If you prefer tracked shipping, please select the upgrade or contact us before ordering.

Larger or multiple-item orders are usually shipped with Canada Post Expedited Parcel, which includes tracking and insurance.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Ontario: 3–5 business days

• Rest of Canada: 5–10 business days
  (Delivery times may vary depending on Canada Post and seasonal volume.)

Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Free local pickup in Sudbury is available — please contact us after placing your order to schedule a pickup time.

Lost or Delayed Mail

Once your order has been shipped and handed over to Canada Post, we are no longer responsible for any delays, damage, or loss that may occur during transit.

If your order was sent without tracking, please note that we are unable to locate or replace packages that go missing in the mail.

If you want guaranteed delivery or coverage, we strongly recommend selecting a tracked shipping option at checkout.
