However, because our items are handmade, we can only accept returns or exchanges under certain conditions.

 

Returns & Exchanges

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

  • We’ll offer a replacement, repair, or refund — whichever makes sense.

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale.

  • Custom-made or personalized items are also non-refundable, unless damaged during shipping.
